This is a low-density residential development on 41.7 hectares, designed to accommodate about 600 homes. The estate is situated along Lagos-Epe Expressway, about 6 minutes drive after Victoria Garden City, Lekki Peninsula, Lagos

With about 200 housing units already developed in the estate, we have just finished construction of another 129 Housing units. Products offered in the estate are of different house types. Currently the estate offers new designs, which constitute the bulk of the 129 housing units recently completed.

The Company had made quite a number of acquisitions in Lagos, Abuja and Lokoja that are currently its land bank.

The company has also completed  the construction of  a 12 number furnished luxury apartments’ block in Oniru Estate Victoria Island and a furniture factory, in Ajah, Lagos. It has also lined up couple of development activities for the current year, which includes a 26 floor office development in Victoria Island and 2000 room Student village, a housing programme that is planned to inject 500,000 bedspaces over 10 years in Nigerian Universities across the country.
