Until his appointment as Senior Adviser to the immediate past President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and Head of Budget Monitoring and Price Intelligence Unit, Prof. Wahab was the chairman of the Board of Directors of Crown Realties Plc. He has rejoined the Board as its Chairman after his exit from public service at the end of the last administration. Professor of Building, Chartered Engineer and Quantity Surveyor, Author of over 73 books and papers in Building Technology and Management, Housing, and Environment. Professor Wahab has served on over 37 National and International Committees in matters relating to housing and construction including membership of special Committee on national Housing Policy Implementation. One time Dean of School of Environmental Sciences Obafemi Awolowo University, member of National Universities Governing Commission, Lagos State University Governing Council, Chairman Governing Council of Lagos State Polytechnic and others too many to mention. Professor Wahab is one of the foremost Authority on Housing matters about Nigeria and Africa.

He is an Estate Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor by profession, and has had extensive experience in real estate business locally and internationally. He was a lecturer at the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) and later, Senior Surveyor in charge of development at Knight Frank & Rutley, Nigeria amongst other places he worked. He was the founding partner of Darl Uzu & Associates and currently the Chairman of UnionBell Telecom Limited and Crown Realties Management Limited.

He is the current Chairman of UBA Plc and Nigeria Telecommunication Plc. Chief Alabraba is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor by profession with many years of experience both locally and internationally. He was a Quantity Surveyor with Reynold & Young, London, lecturer at Aston University, Birmingham and Team Leader in the Quantity Surveying Department of London Transport Executive, London.

He is the founding partner of Aman Associates, a leading Quantity Surveying firm based in Port Harcourt with branches in Lagos, Kaduna and other major towns in Nigeria among his other business interests.

Mrs Kehinde is a lawyer by profession. She was State Counsel with the Lagos State Ministry of Justice for many years, a Senior Legal Adviser of Union Bank of Nigeria Plc for more than nine years and later Company Secretary and Legal Adviser to Nigeria International Merchant Bank Limited.

She served on the board of Lagos State Property & Development Corporation (L.S.D.P.C.) for more than four years. She is presently in private practice and a lead Counsel in the firm of Adenrele Kehinde & Co.

Mr. Ajayi is an attorney and a real estate professional. He holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development and Investment from University of Greenwich, U. K. Master and Bachelor degrees in Law from University of Lagos and Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife respectively.

He began his working career with the law firm of Alao Aka-Bashorun & Co. before joining the Crown Realties Group. He has acquired over time, extensive knowledge and experience in real estate, spanning development, investment, finance, construction, marketing and management. Being a top management staff of the company over the years, he has amassed invaluable managerial and leadership skills and experience.

Engr. Olumor is the Head of the Supervision Department in the project division of the company. He has the responsibility of ensuring that all construction works are executed to the best quality standard within specified time frame. His foray into the world of construction dates back to 1983 as Resident Engineer with Kano State Housing Corporation, before moving to D. T. V & Co Ltd in 1991. As a Project Engineer in D. T. V & Co Ltd., he was involved in the execution of various projects including roads construction, building projects, storm water drainage and bridges.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and on the verge of completing his Master degree program in Project Management from the University of Lagos. While in the University as an undergraduate, he was a national merit award winner. He became a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers in 1992 and a COREN registered Engineer in 1993.

Engr. Olumor’s has attended various trainings and seminars on construction technology, construction management and project management among others.

Mrs. Adetona heads the Planning Department, which is vested with the task of planning projects for execution. Her career in construction spans about ten years as Project Engineer, Civil Engineer, Project Coordinator and Site Manager in various organizations. She joined Crown Realties from Housing Alliance Limited where she was a Project Manager.

She holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University after which she obtained a M.Sc. degree in Construction Management from the University of Lagos. She has been involved in the construction of various commercial and residential buildings. She is a member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria, Nigerian Society of Engineers, Nigerian Institute of Management and Association of Professional Women Engineers in Nigeria.

In the course of her career, she has been exposed to various trainings.

Mr. Omiunu, a registered Quantity Surveyor, heads the Project Costing and Contract Administration department. Prior to his appointment, he was Project Manager at MINL Limited. He also worked as Commercial Manager and Senior Quantity Surveyor in Aluminum Technology Products (Altec) Plc and Costain (W A) Plc respectively.

He graduated with a distinction from Auchi Polytechnic, and later obtained a Master degree in Project Management from the University of Lagos where he was best graduating student. He is also an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors. He has extensive experience in quantities, costing, contract administration, project valuation and monitoring.

Mr. Orie-Ononogbu has brought his experience to bear in his leadership of Sales and Marketing Department, which comprises sales, marketing/customer intelligence and customer care units. He started his career with Pharma Deko Nig. Ltd. and later joined J. A. A. Adeniyi & Co as a Junior Accountant. In 1997 he joined Nigeria Tobacco Co. Ltd. (BAT) where he rose to position of Assistant Manager (Research) and Area Manager (North East). In 2001, he was with Associated Communication Technology from where he moved on to MTN as Assistant Manager Research. He later became the Marketing Manager, implementing the company’s annual market information plan and managing annual information budget, amongst other functions.

Mr. Orie-Ononogbu holds a BSc. degree in Economics from Abia State University, Uturu and an MBA from the prestigious Pan African University, Lagos Business School. Over the years, he has attended various top quality seminars and trainings both in Nigeria and abroad. He is also professionally affiliated to The European Society for Opinion and Market Research London, Nigeria Institute of Marketing, Market Research Society London, Chartered Institute of Marketing London, and the Nigeria Market Research Association.

Mr. Oladiran, as the Head, General Services, has responsibility for overall management of HR, Legal and general administration. Before joining Crown Realties Plc, he held various management positions in Dunlop Nigeria Plc and Berger Paints Nigeria Plc; the last was Head, Human Resources Department of Berger Paints where he was responsible for positioning HR as a strategic business partner.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Benin and a PGD in Business Administration. He is a member of both the Nigerian Institute of Management and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. He was, until his exit from the Chemical and Non Metallic Products’ Industry, the vice chairman of the committee of Personnel Practitioners.

Mr. Oladiran attended various management and industrial relations courses within and outside the country and he is also an Alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School, Nigeria.

Before joining Crown Realties, Mr Olatunbosun was the Group Head – Finance & Accounts in Superflux Group. Prior to this, he had served in various capacities, including; Financial Controller – Dorman Long Engineering Limited, Management/Chief Accountant – John Holt Plc and Senior Accountant – Van Leer Containers Nigeria Plc.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos. In addition to this, he has a Diploma in Data processing. He is also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, ICAN. He has attended numerous executive training programmes across various management competencies.

Mr. Orisabiyi heads the Legal unit. He holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. While in the university, he won Godwin Adoki prize for the best student in Land Law. Before joining Crown Realties, he worked in Moroundiya & Co, Opaleye Gbadebo & Co and Allan & Ogunkeye as Counsel in Chambers. Between 2002 and 2005, he worked as Legal Officer at Equitorial Richfields Limited, an industrial mining company, and later moved to the Lagos State Judicial Service Commission as Judicial Assistant.

A Chartered Arbitrator, Mr. Orisabiyi has, in the course of his working career, acquired experience in land matters, commercial law practice and litigation.
