A: Yes, can commence and deliver your house while you concentrate on your job or business abroad.  All you need is pay the initial amount and we commence construction.  Many Nigerians in diaspora have benefited from this arrangement.

Q: If I want you to build me a new house from scratch, how long will it take to deliver?
A: Approximately, 9 months from when you make your initial payment.

Q: Do you build houses for sale only?  What other business are you into?
A: We are a real estate development and investment company.  That goes beyond urban housing.  We are involved in commercial, leisure, students hostel and other real estate products.

Q: You are a PLC, how can I own part of your company?
A: Yes we are, but we are yet to conduct our IPO.  Until then, unfortunately you cannot own part of us just yet.

Q: I live abroad, can I make payments for my house from here?
A: Yes, you can. We have a perfect arrangement with our bankers which will enable you make transfers to us conveniently from your base anywhere in the world.
